Biography

Michaela has over 10 years experience in deceased estate litigation, including claims that the deceased lacked capacity when making their will or codicil, family provision claims, claims relating to the construction and rectification of wills and disputes in relation to estate accounts. In addition to conducting litigation, Michaela works in the area of estate planning, drafting complex wills, trust deeds and business succession buy/sell agreements. Michaela holds Specialist Accreditation from the Law Society of New South Wales in Wills and Estates Law and is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners. Michaela also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and family law.
