Biography

Michael has over 10 years experience across a broad range of corporate advisory, commercial transactions, commercial litigation, real estate and intellectual property. Michael acts for Australia's largest online retailer, BRW Top 100 company directors; a US based manufacturing corporation, a multinational steel reinforcement supplier, property developers; commercial leasing agents, insolvency practitioners, small to medium businesses and entrepreneurs. Some of Michael’s recent notable matters include:

  • Acquisition of cornerstone investment in Australia’s largest online retailer by ASX listed company; Property Development Joint Venture with estimated construction cost upwards of $150million;
  • Acquisition of development land worth $70million for substantial staged residential strata development (734 apartments); and
  • Acquisition of Australia’s largest bus & coach manufacturing plant. Michael’s clients have come to rely on him for delivering consistently high quality advice in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
