Biography

Martin has over 17 years experience in all major areas of litigation with particular emphasis on commercial litigation and disputes over Wills. His areas of work include contractual disputes, defamation, debt recovery, bankruptcy and winding-up matters, intellectual property disputes, preference claims, lease disputes, building cases, employment law, disputes over Wills especially claims for additional money from the deceased's estate, personal injury claims and minor criminal matters.
