KRISHNEEL NATH/SOLICITOR

Biography

Krishneel Nath is a solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Team. Krishneel was admitted on 14 February 2009 and joined the Diamond Conway team in January 2011. Krishneel holds a degree in Law and Business (Accounting). Krishneel has experience in:

  • General Commercial Litigation
  • Debt recovery (Insurance premium recovery)
  • Personal and Corporate Insolvency (assisting institutional creditors, liquidators, debtors, claims against directors, bankruptcy notices and statutory demands)
  • Insurance (Personal property insurance)

Krishneel also has experience in dealing with large corporate clients with high volume file referrals. Krishneel can assist you with general commercial litigation, debt recovery and insolvency matters.
