Biography

Arnold has specialist expertise in the field of Immigration Law and has lectured extensively, and been invited to present papers on various Immigration Law topics at a number of pre-eminent international legal forums. He is a past President of the Migration Agent’s Institute of Australia and a past Chairman of the Migration Agent Registration Authority. He is also a Registered Migration Agent (#9252131) and is one of the few individuals to hold Specialist Accreditation in Immigration Law.

Arnold is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In addition, Arnold has a substantial commercial law practice focusing in particular in the areas of Administrative Law, Commercial Litigation, Computer Law, and Intellectual Property. Arnold’s practice encompasses a wide range of clients including Banks, IT Companies and high net worth individuals. Arnold is admitted to practice law in both New South Wales and South Africa.
