Arnold has specialist expertise in the field of Immigration Law and has lectured extensively, and been invited to present papers on various Immigration Law topics at a number of pre-eminent international legal forums.

He is the immediate past President of the Migration Agent’s Institute of Australia and the immediate past Chairman of the Migration Agent Registration Authority. He is also a Registered Migration Agent (#9252131) and is one of the few individuals to hold Specialist Accreditation in Immigration Law.

In addition, Arnold has a substantial commercial law practice focusing in particular  in the areas of Administrative Law, Commercial Litigation, Computer Law, and Intellectual Property. Arnold’s practice encompasses a wide range of clients including Banks, IT Companies and high net worth individuals.

Arnold is admitted to practice law in both New South Wales and South Africa.
