Ioanita has 17 years legal experience as a solicitor and maintains a genuine interest in assisting her clients to protect his or her rights and interests, and achieve successful outcomes.

She has worked across a range of legal areas including civil and commercial litigation and family law in Auckland, London and Sydney.

Since 1991, she has practised principally as a family lawyer and will provide timely expert advice on: property settlements following separation/divorce, pre-nuptial and during marriage financial agreements, defacto relationship issues, all child related issues, applications for grandparents for residence and contact, spousal maintenance and child support, relocation and divorce.

In 2010, Ioanita completed a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) at the College of Law (Sydney).
