The highlight from a legally challenging perspective was acting for a HIV positive health care worker in an anti-discrimination claim against the Medical Board of Australia for its refusal to renew my client’s practising certificate. The matter included liaising and obtaining expert reports from world renowned Australian scientists in HIV research.
