Charles completed his Law Degree at the University of Sydney in 1986 and commenced as an employed solicitor with Cameron Gillingham Boyd Solicitors in 1987 and was made a Partner at that firm in 1990. Upon that firm joining Diamond Conway Lawyers in 2016 he has been a Partner of this firm’s Property Team. He has practiced for over 35 years predominantly in the areas of Property Law (becoming an Accredited Specialist in 1997), Estates and Estate Planning.  

Focused on timely, efficient, cost effective and professional service to all of his clients, Charles has acted for multiple generations of his extensive client base which is a testament to his commitment to his clients and the manner in which he attends to their legal matters.  

A keen hockey player, Charles has been a past President and office holder for the largest Hockey Club in New South Wales, and arguably Australia, where he was recently afforded the honour of Life Membership, as well as undertaking numerous roles in various local and State hockey Associations.
