TREE DISPUTES IN NSW

The Trees (Disputes Between Neighbours) Act 2006 NSW sets out a simple process to enable people with or without legal representation to deal with disputes with their neighbours about their trees. The Trees Act covers two different types of disputes, those relating to hedges and those relating to separate trees.
