Biography

Steven Spyros is a senior associate practising in a range of corporate, commercial, banking and finance and property areas.

Drawing on more than seven years of industry expertise, Steven acts for a range of large institutional clients, large private client groups and high net worth individuals. Some of Steven’s client’s include Australian and foreign banks, mortgage funds, large real estate developers, hotel and serviced apartment operators and other large businesses.

Since joining Diamond Conway in August 2012, Steven has been pivotal in delivering highly successful commercial outcomes for some of the firm’s largest clients in their most technical and high value matters.

Steven brings with him extensive experience in corporate and acquisition finance, project and real estate debt and equity finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, commercial real estate and development transactions and corporate restructuring and insolvency.

Prior to joining Diamond Conway, Steven worked for a “Magic Circle” international firm focusing on cross border transactions and for one of Australia’s most prestigious commercial firms.

Steven has completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws at the University of New South Wales, where he graduated with distinction.
