Biography

Kelly has extensive experience in Wills and Estates practice, ranging from personal and business succession planning, uncontested grants of probate and letters of administration to estate litigation. Kelly has represented individuals, charities and other organisations in estate litigation. She also has experience in criminal prosecutions, commercial and property law. Kelly is a solicitor member of the Honoured Friends of the Salvation Army. At present, Kelly is studying for a Masters in Applied Law (Wills & Estates).
