Biography

Alex is a Solicitor in Diamond Conway’s Corporate, Commercial and Property Law teams. Alex has acted for clients across a range of broad and complex matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporations law, commercial property and business law. Alex brings experience from serving on several Boards of charitable organisations, University Oversight Committees and private companies.

Some of Alex's notable matters include:

  • corporate and business acquisitions and employee share schemes;
  • merger and contract advisory services;
  • national leasing matters;
  • Acting for an international marketing technology and services company in relation to intellectual property matters;
  • Acting for a resources consulting company on management buy out;
  • Acting for national trustee companies on estate planning advice; and
  • Acting for restaurant chain on corporate restructure/asset divestment.
